POSTER PRESENTATIONS

• Prepare your Poster to fit within a display board size of: 4 feet high x 8 feet wide. Velcro and/or tacks will be provided.

• Posters are to be mounted between 7:00 a.m.– 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 12, and taken down at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13.

• Posters will be on display in the exhibit area. Conference activities in this area include all refreshment breaks, lunch on Monday, and the wine & cheese reception on Monday evening.

• Poster presenters are required to staff their posters during the poster viewing session, on Monday, July 12, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
